Heidi Foster, M.D.

Dr. Heidi Foster joined Skin Care Doctors in 2005.  Her medical degree was received from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in 2001.  She practiced her internship at Hennepin County Medical Center and then completed her dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota in 2005.  Dr. Foster is a board certified member of the American Board of Dermatology.

She grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and currently resides just outside of the Twin Cities area where she lives with her husband and three children.  Dr. Foster has a passion for traveling and experiencing new adventures.  Visiting Hawaii and the surrounding islands has been one of her favorite trips.  Along with traveling, she enjoys running, water skiing, hiking, and being involved with the church choir and church activities with the children.  Above all, her greatest passion is spending quality time with her family.

Dr. Foster’s clinical interests include general, pediatric, skin cancer, and surgical dermatology with special interests in cosmetic procedures and laser treatments including the fractional laser wrinkle therapy, NLite, UV light therapy, and laser hair removal.  She is available for appointments in our Orono location.
