Emily Eppel, PA-C

Emily earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in NJ. After graduating, Emily went on to work at a large dermatology group in New York City where she completed a 6 month dermatology training program and had the opportunity to work alongside top dermatology providers and gained both cosmetic and medical dermatology experience. She had the opportunity to work in multiple different offices throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn during her time in New York. Emily enjoys practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology, and has a special interest in the treatment of acne, the use of dermoscopy for early detection of skin cancer, and skin of color. After working in a private practice for over four years in New York City, Emily and her family made the exciting decision to move back to Edina with their two children.  Emily is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and most recently the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants. When not working, Emily enjoys spending time with family, painting, running, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and traveling.
